Managing Director, Kate, Galway
Our founder’s background as a theatre director informs her unique creative sensibility. Having worked on campaigns for luxury global brands including Burberry and Zegna, her focus as founder of N&Co is now on collaborating with some of Ireland’s foremost independent brands to tell the story of her home country’s unique creative heritage. Her work has seen her advise some of Europe’s leading arts organisations, including the Arts Council of Ireland and Galway Arts Festival, she is also on the board of the Baboró Arts Festival for Children.

Creative Director, Ciana, Dublin
Ciana March is a creative director and brand consultant working across fashion, design and craft. She collaborates with independent businesses and culturally rooted organisations to shape visual identities grounded in people, place and material culture. With a background in architecture, she brings a strong spatial approach to her work. Ciana has contributed to and been featured by numerous publications including Offset, It’s Nice That and The Irish Times. Previous clients include Jennifer Slattery, Jigsaw and MoMuse.

Creative Producer, Emma, Wicklow
Emma is a creative director and producer with an extensive background in photography and video production. Having worked on productions across Ireland, the UK and the US, Emma is interested in a brand’s unique expression. She loves to bring a brief to life through careful collaboration with a creative team. She has a keen eye for light and colour and a passion for leading creative projects, both of which drive her visual storytelling. Previous clients include Jameson, Tourism Ireland, Air BnB, Ireland’s Eye and Kilkenny Arts Festival.

Editorial Director, Lizzy, Athens
Lizzy is a writer, editor and brand strategist based between London and Athens, with nearly fifteen years’ experience in fashion and digital publishing. In her role as editor, she has defined the tone of voice of some of the most iconic British brands, including Hush, AllSaints and Hunter. Alongside her editorial work, her writing has appeared in print and digital publications such as The Telegraph and Nylon Magazine. Lizzy specialises in crafting compelling, authentic narratives that tell the stories at the heart of modern brand identity.

Retail Advisor, Mark, Dublin
With nearly 20 years of experience across fashion and interiors Mark brings artistic vision and hands-on expertise to every project. His diverse background in design, theatre, styling and visual merchandising gives him a 360-degree understanding of both creative and commercial processes. Mark is deeply focused on the end user and believes great design is not only about aesthetics, but functionality, experience, and impact. Previous clients include Brown Thomas, Kilkenny Design, Helen Turkington and East London Cloth.

Design Director, Mary, London
Mary is a London-based Brand Design Director and Art Director working at the intersection of brand, image and environment. Her practice centres on the creation of cohesive brand worlds - from identity systems through to campaign. With a background in shaping culturally attuned, design-led brands, she brings a considered yet expressive approach, balancing restraint with moments of play to create work that feels both refined and memorable.

Sally brings together a wealth of experience in PR, advertising, and marketing, shaped by her time in Dublin, New York, Austin, and Chicago. She now specialises in social media management – creating and running thoughtful, engaging campaigns for a wide range of clients. Her work is rooted in a lifelong love of creativity with a focus on mission-driven organisations and independent creators across the arts, including dance, theatre, music, design and fashion.
